Why work with us – what’s in it for you?

As you might have read elsewhere on the site, we're different from the usual rank and file accounting and financial services organisations. And we are always looking for team members who have the same 'different' approach to join us.
What do we offer?

Life balance

We are serious about work - life balance and that means that as far as possible, we work a regular 37.5 hour week. Obviously there are times when the workload might get a little crazy, but we work hard to ensure that it is the exception rather than the rule.


An understanding of our business as a whole

We work as a very tight knit group - even across the different divisions of the organisation. We work hard to ensure our clients don't have to pass pieces of work from one side of the organisation to the other – our right hand knows what the left is doing.

By doing this, our team members develop not only great relationships but also a solid working knowledge across the whole organisation. If you are serious about your career, that level of understanding is critical in moving up the ladder.

Mentoring & ongoing training

Each of the three senior partners are deeply committed to developing their team members' skill sets not only to provide the best possible service to our clients, but also to give something back to those starting or mid-way in their professions.

Each of our staff undertakes 60 hours of continuing professional development training each year – in addition to any external professional studies they may still be involved in. CPD activities can include off-site training, internal workshops, reading and on-line education.

We don't work with clients - we work with fans

Yes, that's right, our clients love us. How many organisations can actually say that? Well, we have data to back our claims. 85% of our current clients are satisfied with the service that we provide and are likely to recommend us to others. And they routinely send us ‘love letters’ – which let’s face it, everyone loves to get.


Staff reward and recognition program

We reward our staff each quarter for going above and beyond on their KPIs. Be assured, we set our KPIs to achievable levels.


Social club

We encourage a supportive team culture both within and across our client service divisions. To foster such a collaborative approach, we organise regular 'team days out' and Friday drinks. Last year’s activities included barefoot bowls, harbour cruises and great race treasure hunts. We are FUN.
